Answers to common questions about booking, parking, hours, prices and discounts.
How do I book?
You can book your preferred date and time with Naver Booking. You can also book or ask by phone (+82-31-247-1121).
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available, but the underground lot is small and parking can be difficult. If you are coming by car, please call before your visit.
Is there another place to park?
We can direct you to the parking lot of Daiso Suwon Yeonmu nearby as an alternative.
What are your hours and closing days?
We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00–20:00, and closed every Tuesday.
What is the last booking time?
It depends on the service: cuts 19:30, cut + down perm 19:00, color 18:00 and heat perms 17:30.
What are your prices?
Men's cut ₩20,000, women's cut ₩22,000, men's basic perm ₩72,000, women's basic perm ₩80,000, volume straightening ₩120,000, root color ₩50,000, women's full color ₩100,000, basic treatment ₩20,000–₩40,000. Prices are Naver Booking prices and may vary with the service, products, hair volume and length, confirmed at your consultation.
Is there a first-visit discount?
Yes. On your first visit only, services are 30% off (excluding cuts, blow-dry and partial services). Cuts are ₩15,000 (men) and ₩18,000 (women) on your first visit only; regular prices apply from your second visit.
Is there a surcharge for long hair?
Yes. For women's perms, straightening, color and bleach, below the shoulders is +₩40,000 and below the chest +₩60,000. Treatments are priced by length (S, M, L).
Can I book a specific designer?
Please choose your preferred designer when you book. You can see each designer's specialties on Our Designers page.
